CHICKEN PARMESAN FETTUCCINE 
1 pkg. fettuccine noodles
Chicken breasts, boneless, skinned (1 per person)
1 c. flour
Salt, pepper & oregano
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese slices
Spaghetti sauce (homemade or jar)
Large frying pan with 1/4 inch vegetable oil

Wash chicken. In bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and a healthy amount of oregano. In separate bowl, whip eggs and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture then into flour mixture; then into egg mixture and flour mixture again. Repeat with each breast. Put into frying pan and cook on medium heat until browned and cooked through. Meanwhile, cook and drain noodles; warm spaghetti sauce.

To Serve: On each plate place a layer of noodles; 1 chicken breast; a ladel of sauce; 2 slices cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with your favorite garlic bread or breadsticks.
