MARINATED CHICKEN LEGS 
2 qts. cider vinegar
2 pts. soy sauce
12 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. ginger
1 lg. pkg. chicken legs (enough to fill a 5 qt. ice cream pail)

Mix ingredients together in a large container (5 quart ice cream pail works best). Place chicken legs in marinade with liquid covering the chicken. Let stand in refrigerator a minimum of 10 hours. For stronger flavor let marinate longer. Best for grilling.
