CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 c. mayonnaise
4 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 to 5 lb. chicken cutlets
4 pkg. frozen broccoli
Bread crumbs
Butter

Defrost broccoli, line the bottom of a large rectangular baking dish with broccoli. Boil chicken cutlets until done, place on top of broccoli.

Combine first 4 ingredients, mix and pour over chicken, broccoli mixture. Top with cheese, sprinkle with bread cups. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
