BRIDE CAKE 
4 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
Red, green, yellow food coloring

Grease 10 x 4 inch tube pan. Sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt together; set aside. Cream butter well. Add sugar gradually and continue to cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat hard after each addition. Combine milk and flavorings. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture alternately with milk and flavorings.

Divide batter into 3 equal parts. Tint one pink, one pale green, and one yellow. Pour pink batter into tube pan. Carefully pour the green over the pink, the yellow over the green. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
