CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA MUFFINS 
DRY MIXTURE:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

MOIST MIXTURE:

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. ripe bananas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare 12 muffin cups. In a large bowl mix together the first 3 ingredients of the dry mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Cream together butter and sugar with mixer, beat in eggs, one at a time. Mash bananas and add bananas and vanilla to moist mixture. Add moist mixture to dry mixture all at once. Stir until batter is moist but still lumpy. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes.
