POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

With mixer combine all of the above. Mix 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Spoon frosting over top. Let set 5 minutes. Remove from pan to waxed paper and cool completely. Slice to serve.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each butter flavoring, vanilla & almond extract

Mix together.
