PERFECTION SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (reg.)
1 lg. can pineapple and juice, crushed
2 pkgs. cream cheese
2 sm. jars pimientos
1/2 c. celery, cut fine
2/3 c. walnuts, cut fine
1/2 pt. half & half or whipping cream
1/8 tsp. salt

Mash cream cheese and pimientos together. Bring pineapple juice to a boil and add Jell-O. As Jell-O begins to jell, add all ingredients in the order given. Allow to set.
