CHEESY BRAT STEW 
Cut 6 bratwurst links in 1/2 inch pieces. Place in large skillet along with 4 medium potatoes, cubed, 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained, 1 small chopped onion, 1 cup grated cheddar or American cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup water. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serves 4-6.
