LEMON ICE BOX PIE | |
2 egg yolks 1 (14 oz.) can sweet condensed milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon extract Graham cracker pie shell MERINGUE: 2 egg whites 2 tbsp. sugar Mix together first 4 ingredients until thick. Fill pie shell. Set aside. For topping, whip 2 egg whites until they form a soft peak. Gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar. Pile meringue onto pie. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 10 minutes. |
