BAKED ONIONS 
2 lg. sweet onions, sliced and separated into rings
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook onions in butter until tender (10-15 minutes). Put in casserole 12x7 1/2. Sprinkle cheese over onions. Blend soup and all ingredients; pour over onions and cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
