CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white syrup
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6-8 qt. popcorn (popped)
1 c. mixed nuts

Boil brown sugar, white syrup and butter for 5 minutes. Take off stove. Stir in baking soda. Add vanilla and pour over popcorn. Stir well; add nuts. Cook 1 hour in big roasting pan, 325 degrees oven, stirring with wooden spoon every 10 minutes.
