CARAMEL POPCORN 
8 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cook popcorn, set aside. Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in pan and cook on low heat. When it comes to a boil, cook additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir. Pour over popped corn in a thin stream. Mix well. Spread into large pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Cook until crispy.
