CHOCOLATE DIPPED SANDWICH
COOKIES
 
1 pkg. Ritz (lg. size)
1 pkg. chocolate almond bark
1 c. peanut butter
Wax paper
2 forks

Spread 1 teaspoon peanut butter between 2 crackers to make a sandwich. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Stir. Melt until creamy. Drop cracker in melted chocolate, cover cracker completely with chocolate. Lift out with 2 forks on wax paper. Wait until chocolate hardens. Refrigerate when hard or they freeze well. Makes 2 dozen cookies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
