SCOTCH - A - ROOS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
1 c. white Karo syrup
5 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips

Stir to a boil: sugar, peanut butter and Karo syrup. Remove from heat; add Rice Krispies to mixture. Press mixture into a 9 x 12 inch greased pan.

FROSTING:

Melt both chips in microwave or over double boiler. Pour over contents in pan. Let cool and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
