SCOTCH - A - ROOS | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. peanut butter (smooth) 1 c. white Karo syrup 5 c. Rice Krispies 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet) 1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips Stir to a boil: sugar, peanut butter and Karo syrup. Remove from heat; add Rice Krispies to mixture. Press mixture into a 9 x 12 inch greased pan. FROSTING: Melt both chips in microwave or over double boiler. Pour over contents in pan. Let cool and serve. |
