SCOTCH - A - ROO BARS 
1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
6 c. Rice Krispies

FROSTING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Use 9 x 13 Tupperware pan. Bring the syrup and sugar to a boil. Add peanut butter. Stir together, add Rice Krispies, mix together. Put in pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in microwave. Frost bars. Let frosting set before cutting bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
