SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, completely thawed
1 lb. ground sausage, browned and drained
8 to 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella

Roll thawed dough on floured surface to about 9x12 inches. Spread sausage on bread, add cheese. Roll up jelly-roll style and pinch the edges shut. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When you remove from oven, rub butter over the top and wait about 10 minutes before slicing. Can add mushrooms, peppers, oregano, etc. prior to rolling up.
