SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 1/2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. green or red pepper, chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 clove garlic, chopped

Fry sausage out of casing with onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms. Drain off grease. Put in bowl to cool then add Mozzarella cheese. Let set for 3 hours or overnight. Roll out bread dough. Spread mixture on bread dough. Then roll up like a jelly roll. Pinch ends and put on cookie sheet. Let set for 1 hour. Brush with egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
