SAUTEED VEGETABLES 
3 med. carrots, scraped and cut into diagonal slices
2 celery stalks cut into diagonal slices
1 green pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. water

Heat oil in skillet, add vegetables. Saute for 4 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat to low and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serves 4.
