SESAME BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken thighs and drumsticks
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. olive oil

Place chicken in bowl with milk. Refrigerate 1 hour. Combine next 3 ingredients. Dip chicken in egg; coat with bread crumbs. Place skin side up on oiled pan. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. 4-6 servings.
