TOASTED COCONUT SALAD 
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve 1 tbsp.)
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. toasted coconut
1 c. green grapes
1/2 c. nutmeats
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Combine oranges, pineapple, marshmallows, grapes, bananas, nuts and 1/2 of coconut. Beat cream, add sugar, orange syrup and peel. Fold into fruit mixture and sprinkle with remaining coconut. Serves 6 to 8.
