SCALLOPED POTATOES 
7 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook onion and potatoes and butter until tender; drain. Make a sauce with milk, flour and cheese. Pour over potatoes in greased dish, then add soups, stir well, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
