SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. potatoes, cubed and partially cooked
1 c. cheese, Velveeta
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash of pepper

Combine milk and soup and heat, stir in cheese until melted. Pour over potatoes in crock pot and top with a dab of butter if desired. Cook on low heat until ready to serve.
