12 med. potatoes
2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. flour
6 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. dried beef (crumbled)
2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Slice potatoes and cook until tender. Drain. In saucepan melt butter. Add flour, stir. Add milk, stir until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Cook 1 minute.

Add cheese, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper. combine potatoes and dried beef. Place in dish and pour over mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven uncovered 40 minutes.
