SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAMBURGER 
20 lbs. potatoes, cooked, then sliced
8 lbs. hamburger, fried with 3 or 4 onions

Mix in saucepan and bring to a boil: 5 cans cream of mushroom soup 10 cans milk 2 cans condensed milk Salt & pepper to suit taste 1 pkg. taco seasoning 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. pieces

Use an electric roaster. Arrange in 2 or 3 layers. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, hamburger and cheese layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 100 people.
