SOUR CREAM MUFFINS | |
1 egg 1 c. dairy sour cream 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 c. sifted all purpose flour 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. milk Beat egg and sour cream until light. Add butter, sifted dry ingredients and milk. Stir only until dry ingredients are dampened. Fill 12 greased 2 3/4 inch muffin cups half full with batter. Bake in hot oven (400 degree) about 20 minutes. Makes 12. |
