IMPOSSIBLE MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can chopped green chilis, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion in skillet. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread beef mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle with chilis and cheese.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6-8. Offer a separate dish of chopped lettuce and tomato.
