MRS. EUNICE'S GIBLET GRAVY 
1 stick butter
flour (to thicken)
cooked giblets
2 to 3 cans chicken broth (substitute turkey broth, if desired)
6 boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter and then add enough flour to thicken. Mix well and add broth, 1 can at a time. Stir each can in well. Add chopped giblets and chopped eggs. Let simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add flour or broth as needed for your desired thickness.
