RHONDA'S WALNUT BOURBON BALLS 
2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. XX sugar
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon

Mix well the wafer crumbs, cocoa, sugar and nuts. Add corn syrup and bourbon. Blend well. Form 1 inch balls. Roll each in more sifted confectioners sugar. Makes about 3 dozen.
