RICE FRUIT COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
3 tsp. sugar
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. Cool Whip
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. soft cream cheese
1 can sliced pineapple for decoration
12 cherries for decoration

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise. Fold in Cool Whip. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.

Do not add pineapple or juices to this salad as separating will result when the acids and cream products are blended. Pineapple in the fruit cocktail has been acid-de-activated by the products sugar base. Don't add excess sugar as this will return to a liquid form and cause Cool Whip to break down.
