GARDEN KABOBS | |
1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 green pepper, cut into chunks 2 lbs. lean beef or lamb, well trimmed & cut into 1" cubes 10-15 sm. white onions or 3 yellow onions, quartered 1/2 c. wine vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 10-15 cherry tomatoes Combine oil, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over meat cubes and marinate. Thread meat with vegetables on skewers. Brush with marinade. Broil 6-8 minutes, turning once, until done. |
