SHISH KABOB 
1 leg of lamb - 6 lbs.
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Have butcher bone leg of lamb and cut butterfly fashion, so that it is flattened for grilling. Combine ingredients and pour over lamb. Marinate 2 hours. Remove from marinade. Reserve marinade. Grill about 1 1/2 hours, turning every 15 minutes and baste with marinade. Makes about 8 servings.
