HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichokes, drained & chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash Tabasco

Mix together in small casserole dish; heat until bubbly, about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with crackers. Serves 8 to 10 people as an appetizer.
