EGG PIE 
1/2 lb. Canadian bacon
4 oz. sliced Swiss cheese (or American)
10 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange bacon in overlapping layer on bottom and up sides of a 2 quart casserole dish. Place cheese on top of the bacon. In large bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese in the dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are firmly set in the middle.
