HOT SWEET MUSTARD 
4 oz. can mustard (dry)
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix mustard and vinegar. Let set until dissolved. Add beaten eggs, salt and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until thick. Cover pan with Saran Wrap until cool. Beat in mayonnaise. So good on ham.
