ALPHABET MACARONI SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cooked alphabet macaroni
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Drain fruit and reserve juices. Refrigerate fruit. Combine the juices, sugar, salt and flour. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in the well beaten eggs. Add this mixture to the macaroni.

Place in refrigerator at least 5 hours. May be overnight. Then add fruit and Cool Whip. Garnish with mandarin oranges. Keep refrigerated.
