PICKLE RELISH 
8 c. chopped cukes
2 c. chopped onion

Cover with salt and let stand 1 hour then drain.

Add:

4 chopped green pepper
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. turmeric
3 sticks cinnamon

Mix well and boil 20 minutes. Remove cinnamon and seal in hot jars.
