PICKLE RELISH 
3 qt. unpeeled ground cucumbers
6 carrots
3 onions
2 peppers (red or green)
3 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric

Grind cucumbers. Add salt and cover with water. Let stand 3 hours. Grind all vegetables and add to other ingredients. Cook 20 minutes (after hot through). Put in hot sterile jars and let seal.
