PICKLE RELISH 
12 lg. cucumbers
12 onions
1 stalk celery
3 red peppers (sweet)
3 green peppers
1/2 c. salt
5 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. mustard seed

Grind vegetables and combine with salt. Let stand 3 hours and drain. Add last 5 ingredients and bring to boil for 5 minutes. Put in hot sterilized jars.
