1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. coconut, nuts or peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix above ingredients together and bake.
