BEAN SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen black-eyed peas
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 pkg. French cut green beans
2 cans chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1 pkg. frozen green peas

DRESSING; :

1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. tarragon vinegar
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. olive oil

Cook all the frozen peas and beans, mix with chick peas. DRESSING: Beat egg yolk, add sugar, tarragon vinegar and chopped garlic and mix in blender. Slowly add 1 cup olive oil to blender mix. Mix dressing with cooked beans - peas and refrigerate.
