1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. warm water
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together sugar, salt, soda, flour, and cocoa. Mix well with water, vanilla, and mayonnaise. Pour into greased and floured pan, approximately 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Bring to a boil. Cool. Add approximately 1 box powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat well. Spread over warm cake.
