BANANA PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs

Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with a rotary beater until well blended. Pour batter, 1/4 cup at a time onto a lightly greased hot griddle. Bake until puffy and bubbly. Turn. Bake golden. Serve hot with butter and syrup. Yield: 1 dozen.
