2 lbs. hamburger
2 pkgs. of chili mix
1 lg. can tomato sauce (not paste)
1 lg. pkg. Velveeta cheese
2 boxes of Jiffy mix

Cook hamburger, season to taste. Drain then add chili mix and tomato sauce. Add one can of water. Mix Jiffy mix as directed and set aside.

In long pan, put hamburger over bottom of pan. Slice Velveeta cheese on top of hamburger, then spread Jiffy corn bread mix on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. About 20 to 30 minutes.
