MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal
3 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 can corn, cream style
3 sm. peppers (hot) cut up
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. cooked ground beef

Mix up corn meal. Break in 3 eggs. Add onion, chopped. Add creamed corn and hot peppers, cut up. Grease a skillet. Pour half of corn bread batter in skillet. Then cover corn bread with a thick layer of cheese and or meat. Pour rest of batter over cheese and meat. Bake in a 350 degree oven until done. About 40-45 minutes.
