BOBBY SUE'S PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients in order given. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; then 325-350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
