BLENDER QUICHE 
1 c. shredded cheese
6 pieces fried, crumbled bacon
1 1/2 c. liquid instant (or regular) non-fat milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle cheese and bacon over bottom of well-buttered 9-inch pie plate. Combine milk, eggs, flour, onion, butter, salt, and pepper in blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour over cheese and bacon in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Could use can of mushrooms or ham.
