PEANUT BUTTER MUFFINS

Mix with fork:

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Separate bowl - beat until smooth:

3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. oil
1 egg

Stir in flour and mix. Bake at 400 degrees.
