BAVARIAN SUPPER 
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 c. sauerkraut (drained)
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 4 inch lengths

Saute onions in butter in large skillet. Stir in brown sugar and sauerkraut. Add smoked sausage. Simmer until sausage is thoroughly heated. Makes 4 servings.
