MEXICAN RICE 
2 lbs. hamburger
4 c. rice
(1 onion or onion flakes)
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. Rotel tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can cheese sauce or 1 pkg. powdered cheese

Brown meat in skillet; add onion or flakes, chili powder, and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10-15 minutes.

Boil rice and add your skillet ingredients to cooked rice and serve.
