CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 sm. can water chestnuts or 1/4 c. sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together and place in casserole dish. Top with 1/2 package stuffing mix (including the seasoning). Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
